Book Pals
Book Pals encourages youth and adults to make a new friend one book at a time. This project will bring free books to communities in need of access to literature. Ranging from elementary to middle to high school, youth and young people will be able to walk away with books in hand. There will also be materials for adults learning English and desiring to strengthen their literary analysis skills. Community pop-up events will include live performances to bring literature to life, food trucks, and a celebration of a community engaged in reading.

Starting Fall 2026: Book Book Pals for your event.
Book Pals is a mobile classroom/library for your school or community event. Working with the Book Pals team, we will assist you in bringing reading to life. Book Pals will get reading material into the hands of your students and families. A Book Pal event goes beyond the book and brings words to life with learning activities, music, arts, and more.
Supporting Book Pals
The goal of Book Pals is to make reading materials free and accessible for students and families. Funds donated go to support staffing, transportation, storage, materials, and curricular development of reading activities. Contact for more information.
